Mathura Road, is the flagship of the DPS
fraternity. Six decades ago a group of
visionaries lay the seeds of this large family.
Deeply rooted in the post independent ethos of
the country it had an auspicious birth on its
present site in 1949. Time saw it blossom into a
training ground for achievers who created
history in multifarious fields – from the
political arena to the corridors of power, from
the creativity of theatre and film to the
imaginative world of fashion – DPS nurtured each
one, preparing them to fulfill the largeness of
their dreams.
